From their modest start, remanufacturing air suspension products and accessories for a couple of Ford Motor Company vehicles, Adam and Donald dedicated themselves wholly to their goal: offering quality parts at a discount price while continuing to provide everyday consumers with world-class service, support, and skill.
After years of local albeit grassroots success, Adam and Donald discussed and developed a keen business plan, and they consciously named their venture Arnott Incorporated as tribute to the familial foundation upon which their work, dedication, and service was based. As Arnott, Inc. initially specialized in the repair of 1984-87 Lincoln Continental and Mark VII suspension systems, word of Arnott's expertise traveled fast across Florida and, in 1994, it became necessary to move from Punta Gorda to a central location where the company could grow and the commercial community would benefit from the geographic locale and the commercial traffic. Accordingly, Arnott, Inc. moved to Orlando, Florida. Finally, the mechanical and technological genius of Arnott, Inc. was on the map. The name Arnott quickly became common among air suspension professionals.
Adam and Donald wanted to take their venture to the next level; they wanted to develop their own products and proudly mark them with their name. They tirelessly researched and tested existing models of air suspension products, then soon discovered that not only could they duplicate, but they could also improve upon existing suspension parts, saving the customer money while developing safer and more efficient mechanics. A new goal of Arnott, Inc. was to manufacture unique products that ensured the total satisfaction and safety of their customers. In no time, Arnott evolved as a national leader in the manufacturing and innovation of air suspension products and accessories.
Since 2003, we have moved to Port Canaveral, Florida and, quite frankly, Arnott, Inc. has literally rocketed out of this world! We have revolutionized the air suspension industry, establishing exclusive partnerships with the industry's leading contenders like KYB, Bilstein, Gabriel, Viair, Goodyear, and ContiTech to name a few.
We have expanded into a 44,000 sq. ft. facility that houses our fully-bonded warehouse and our state-of-the-art CNC machine shop. Our machining facility houses all new Mazak® CNC machinery, including various turning and vertical machining centers, a 4000-watt 6-axis laser, and the new Mazak® Integrex® series, the most advanced and sophisticated 5-axis CNC machine on the market. This impressive fully-robotic machine eliminates multiple setups, improving and ensuring part integrity and efficiency.
We have extended our vehicle list from Ford-Lincoln-Mercury makes to Land Rover, Lexus, General Motors, and even Mercedes-Benz. Our amazing development team has created a line of lift kits for light- and heavy-duty trucks, and even kits for vehicles on which air suspension had not been factory-installed! We truly are doing amazing things, and invite you to join us as we grow even bigger and more advanced than ever!
