Just wanted to say thanks for your quick response to my question, having the product I needed in stock at a fair price, extremely quick shipping and best yet instructions made for the working guy!!!!

I ordered the part #C-2232 spring conversion kit on 8/17/2010, order #2100017467, and it arrived today, a day earlier than first scheduled and three hours after I opened the box the swap out with the damaged air springs was done.

Yeah, I know.....slow. I took a few breaks. It was hot today.

I had been dealing with local suppliers, on-line sellers, and God forbid....the Lincoln dealers for over a month getting the run around on "factory order, back ordered, not available, etc, etc.. I found your company through my brother in law and he was right. You guys and/or gals are top notch.

I sent your web info to a couple of friends that own service shops and they were not familiar with you, but they are now. They both have had the same problem I encountered. Unable to get the parts they needed in a timely manner. They were both surprised at how fast you were able to get the product out and into my hands.
