
Lisa, I wanted to take the time out to send you an email letting you know what wonderful customer service I received from one of your employees. The gentleman I have been dealing with is Marvin. In this day and age of poor customer service across many different industries, it was refreshing to have someone take the time and make sure that I was a satisfied customer. His knowledge and friendly demeanor was greatly appreciated and definitely refreshing. If more folks took the time to provide this level of customer service, more business would be in much better shape.
