Recently, I was searching the internet looking for Air Suspension parts for my dad’s Lincoln towncar, and using Ebay found your contact information, Because I wasn’t sure of the product and speed of the transaction using a but-it-now, I make contact with your company directly, reaching Corey. When making my initial contact with Corey, his friendly demeanor and product knowledge was excellent, well communicated and very welcomed. From the moment the transaction was initiated, (all via email and/or phone) through the continual follow ups, no question was too much, and finally product delivery it was flawless.
To help put it in perspective, I live in Arizona, placing the order for my Dad who resides in Connecticut, which required a drop ship, since his car was at a repair shop waiting on the part. (by the way he is 86 yrs young, so you can imagine the skepticism). The order initiated at about noon on 8/19, and by 1000am 8/20 the part arrived, by noon on 8/20 the car was returned to my Dad completely repaired with the new Arnott part, provide by Corey.. Absolutely fantastic.
I am taking the time to communicate this feedback, on behave of my Dad, and myself, because in our eyes, Corey truly went above and beyond, providing the technical information, answering several emails, in real time, helping to accommodate the customer (our) needs.
