I wanted to take a moment and say thank you. I called on Monday to order new air springs for my 1995 Crown Victoria. The gentleman who took my call was very helpful. I asked if I should replace anything except the springs and dryer, leaving myself open for a "yes, everything else, too" response. After a couple of quick questions, we determined I had everything I would need. The springs arrived Tuesday morning and, with help from the Ford shop manual, everything was installed by mid-afternoon. The car rides as well and maybe better than it did before. I was very impressed with the quality of customer service and the quality of the components. Thanks again for the good service.
